The Creative Currency: A Study of Utah’s Creative Economy

The University of Utah College of Fine Arts recently conducted a survey among businesses in Utah spanning a range of industries from travel and tourism to higher education, and from nonprofits to regional arts organizations, videogame developers, communications firms, media outlets, and political think tanks asking them what attributes, skills and experience they're seeking in new employees. What came out on top? Creativity.
